Founder STORY
Even with two healthcare professionals in the family, we were advocating for him minutes after birth, when critical signs were missed and escalation was required to get him urgent care.
That moment—exhausted, frightened, and alert—revealed how quickly outcomes can shift when human signals go unseen or are filtered through assumptions and bias.
Later, leading commercial strategy for major healthcare brands and coaching individuals throughbehavior change, I kept seeing the same pattern: the most well-resourced plans stalled when theyweren't built around how people actually live.
Across both worlds, enterprise strategy and one-to-one coaching, the lesson is the same:
behavior, not intention, drives outcomes.
